リソー教育<a href="https://web.fisco.jp/platform/companies/0471400?fm=mj" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">＜4714＞</a>は20日、Kids Smile Holdingsとの資本業務提携を決定したと発表。
3月20日付でリソー教育が 2023年3月20日にKids Smile Holdingsが発行する普通株式を市場外での相対取引により、Kids Smile Holdings の発行済株式総数(3,242,150株)に対し 1.5％の50,000 株を代表取締役社長中西氏より取得。
また、Kids Smile Holdingsは 2023年3月31日までの間に、リソー教育が発行する普通株式を市場買付の方法により、リソー教育の発行済株式総数(156,209,829株)の 0.1％の165,300株を取得することに合意した。
リソー教育および子会社の伸芽会、Kids Smile Holdingsおよび子会社のKids Smile Projectの4社で、それぞれのサービスの相互支援・業務提携をおこなっていた。
今回の資本業務提携は、提携活動をより円滑化、相互支援の強化を図るため実施した。《SI》
